Active for life.
I'm an orthopedic residency-trained physical therapist with a passion for helping people stay active for life.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Utah and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from USC. I completed my orthopedic residency training at Agile Physical Therapy and am TPI certified, specializing in working with golfers.
I grew up playing soccer, softball, track, and flag football, and I still love staying active through golf, hiking, strength training, and rock climbing.
My goal is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and continue doing what you love — without limitations.

Improve your swing by improving how your body moves.

A comprehensive approach to getting you out of pain and back to doing what you love.

Build strength, mobility, and resilience for the long run.

No crowded clinics. No rushed visits. Just high-quality, focused care delivered where it works best for you.

Every session is yours alone. No shared rooms, no aides, no double-booking — just focused hands-on care.
We solve the root cause instead of chasing symptoms, so results stick long after our sessions end.

Longevity & Home Client, Age 88
I would like to recognize my physical therapist, Payton Smith, who comes to the house weekly to help improve strength and balance. She has special skills with older people, brings supporting fixtures, always incorporates variety, approaches limits but does not exceed them and makes each session fun. Most important — I have tangibly improved my strength and balance over the past year, am traversing stairs more securely and have less concern about falling. I recommend her unconditionally.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing pain, or looking to move and perform better, personalized one-on-one care can help. Reach out to learn more or schedule an evaluation.
